All the parents want to keep their children entertained and learn morals. How is this possible? Yes, the cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Scooby dobby, Oswald, today’s Chota bheem etc have amused our childhood. Isn’t it?
There are many industries coming up to entertain all of us of all ages. But this is a startup story of two childhood friends who dreamt of establishing an Animation industry in their hometown. Mr Rajat Divate (co-founder), while chasing his entrepreneurial dream started to think about setting up an Animation company in his hometown. This dream of him was completed when Mr Ravi Bevinagidad (Founder) joined his hands.
About founders and Team
Starting Mountain Flower Animation company was an Obsession for Rajat and a love for animation to Ravi. Rajat, an engineering graduate left his fat salaried software job and followed his dream to set up a company. Whereas Ravi comes from a village background and always believed in Work is Worship’, completed his bachelor of fine arts and worked hard for a renowned company in Hyderabad for many years but wasn’t satisfied in his life.
The two artistic minds and childhood friends came along one fine day to establish a company in Hubli. The young minds understood the market well and started to find equally creative minds in and around Hubli. But the result was the company now has employees around India. Isn’t this a great achievement? They say that a brand is created by the heart.
The company was established in the year 2020. And a burgeoning company that is equipped to develop creatively animated content for various platforms. An appreciable thing is they are the pioneer animation company in North Karnataka and are producing exceptional work in storyboard and animation. Inspiring right? This remembers me of a quote “It’s not about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen”.
It’s not about having a 100-person company to develop a company. Even a small number can create wonders. Mountain flower currently has 15 employees but has made a remarkable achievement by showcasing its talent. Recently the company name along with their employees’ names was displayed on the Pogo channel. This wonder within a few years of its establishment was due to the best relationship between employee and employer. This is the secret.
Achievements
The company is providing job opportunities to unemployed artists around India and mainly concentrates in and around Hubli-Dharwad city. The Company always thinks that a woman can imagine better and bring the lives into the characters. Women empowerment is not just lip service but made into action by this company. Within a short period of time, they have completed big projects and are getting national and International projects because they are “Charged with Imagination, bound by superiority and steered by creativity”.
